For a long time i've been saying that money/'stardom' has been ruining the game of football. Having seen the above incident take place where a player has lost his life playing football, and needing immediate attention while players across the field assumingly think its another diver. This can be the ultimate cost of 'cheating', wasting valuable seconds (whether true in this case or not) when someone genuinely needs help, and it's time players of our sport played an honest game and appreciated their sport.
