  • I'm celebrating in Stockholm too!
  • Scandinavian brothers and sisters in Odense, Denmark here!
  • Home (almost) of Danepak. The man who buys the cheapest bubbly available, apparently
  • Celebrating in Cape town, as the only African addick I'll make sure I will go MASSIVE in the celebration department

  • Scandinavian brothers and sisters in Odense, Denmark here!
Odense??? A Charlton Athletic supporter in Odense! That's my hometown.
I thought I was the only one.

Yes, cheap bubbly, but my taste buds didn't care at that stage anyway.

As you can see, we were celebrating in Melbourne as well...

  • Kind of celebrated last night, but as our only customers were Canadian and Irish, it wasn't quite the same...

Will celebrate the title next week with mates who are due over this week (Norwich, WBA and Liverpool fans as it happens).
  • There you are you old skinflint! And why weren't you answering your phone yesterday?

All I have left now is the memories (but at least I can remember last night). Come and visit us in snowysunny Stockholm and I'll give you a taste of the real stuff!

    Skål du gamle

ps The building with the snow on the roof in the background in the 2nd shot is the new Swedbank Arena where Sweden play the first game in August, I believe.

    Og skaal til dig!

According to my wife, the Moet would have been wasted on us anyway.

Phone was on. Not sure why I didn't receive your call.

A hangover has never felt as good as it did this morning.
    Fantastic feeling.
  • Well it was Lars, actually, who tried to call. We somehow guessed you wouldn't be sleeping.

Love from you know you (she kill me if I didn't)
  • And love to her as well, obviously.
We're still hoping to see you here in Melbourne one day.
  • Brilliant match report.
    ;-)
  • Addickfanatic - greetings from Nairobi!

    Brilliant match report.
    ;-)
Sorry, when I posted the link I didn't take account of the fact that it could change. At the time it gave the score and the crowd and then then said something along the lines of "the match report will have to wait - I'm off to drink champagne"

It is perfect just as it is.
  • Except for the fact it claims BWP scored from 38cm. Stig's photographic evidence clearly shows he was well over a yard from the goal-line!
