Four To Go! Focus now on the title!

Four to Go! Charlton Athletic is moving towards achieving the promotional aim this season and also being crowned champions of League One.

The Addicks are 6 points clear and only having 4 games left! Charlton have 12 possible points left to play for and are 9 points from reaching the magic 100 points mark. So its 4 games to reach the 100 points, the promotion and the League One Title.

The way the team is playing, it’s hard to see Charlton changing position in the table. We really ought to be able to garner sufficient points from the remaining games to not only get automatic promotion but secure the title too. We’ll all be disappointed if that doesn’t happen after being on top of League One for so long.

Promotion was the aim for the start of the season but the precise focus now is to win the league. And looking at the season, we can say that we have virtually clinched that initial goal. Now let’s concentrate on being crowned the champions of League One.

    Charlton win today and a wed loss gives us the promotion party...... Charlton win and a Wed draw gives us the promotion party.......... Charlton win today and a Wed win, we just need a point from 3 games due to our superior goal difference COYR.

    We can say that we have virtually clinched the promotion! We need 1 point to achieve this goal! Hard to see Charlton not getting an automatic promotion this season! I really believe that the focus now is the title and having on top of league almost the entire season would be bad if the Addicks fail to maintain that position as leaders of League One.     C'Mon Man! Five points to get promotion? Can't agree with that! One point ahead wed give us the promotion, as we would be 9points away with 3 games to go and 14GD! Thats a lot to wed beat in 3 games!

    So we can say that we are virtually promoted!

    As for the tittle, 4 points will do it!

    Games are at half and the promotion is on its way as wed is losing and addicks on a tie.
