Are we going to have the trophy presentation? or would that be embarrassing too?
I know I'm in a minority but I can't say that a supporter I care very much about the presentation. I can understand the players will feel different and it's their achievement so that's what matters, but it isn't something that interests me very much. I want to win the division, but they can keep the trophy as far as I'm concerned.

This would be the most successful Charlton team for many a year , whether people think it is embarassing parading a trophy on an open top bus because we shouldn't be in this division makes us sound like the massives , we are where we are & should be proud of the fact we are on the up , having a bus parade gives a sense of occasion for the fans , i would rather money was spent on this than subsiding a one off train ticket.
Considering the rubbish we have seen for the last 5 years , and the fact we're still following the club is the least i think the club can do , i'm sure it won't cost a lot.

Despite my previous post I would prefer the train ticket!
Train tickets come and go , more people would come to watch the team parade the trophy than would make it up to Carlisle , we should celebrate success , not cough , splutter and be embarrassed about it.

Not embarrassing in the slightest, it will be a long time if ever before we win something prestigious.

No buses. It is Div 3 FFS!
But that's not because we're a 3rd Division team. It's a bit arrogant to suggest that it's beneath us somehow.
As a club we've been going for how long now - 107 years? And in that time what have we actually WON - one cup and 3 or 4 titles?
If we can't properly celebrate this now then history tells us we'll probably have bugger all else on a par to celebrate anytime soon!
A trophy presentation is all that is needed.
