As I said a "bloke in the pub" give me the mug along with some rather nice t-shirts (of which more later in the season) but I'm sworn to secrecy in cases the rozzers come calling at his door.
It's easy to see how a genius does his work and say it was obvious all along AFTER the event. The clever part is seeing the gap in the market BEFORE anyone else does. : - )
£100 for a unique, one-off, never-to-be-repeated, work-of-art is amazing and........................ ............."What's that Henry, you've just found another one?"
Don't cock around. We run these auctions not to grease someone's pocket, but to support club things and good causes. People are kind enough to donate the prizes, people are kind enough to take the time to organise and chase people for payment, and some people are generous to pay over the odds for something because they know its for a decent cause.
So if your bid earlier was serious, i suggest you inbox Henry Irving with your contact details to comfirm so.
But if it wasn't serious and was you 'trying to be funny', well its not, and its pissed up the whole auction and wasted people's time.

Fund raising for a non-profit making organisation (Bromley Addicks not CAFC)
And no, no more of these mugs. I had five but I smashed the others to put the value of this one up : - )
Anyway less jollity and joshing on here. Get on the other thread about Valley party leaflets to bid and/or bump the page up.
