Hello Airman I just renewed online and because it did not appear to have gone through I pressed the process transaction again. ( I know it tells you to only press once but it looked like it had failed the first time. Trigger happy that's me ) Lo and behold when I checked my account it has gone through twice. So will it be automatically refunded when my mistake is spotted, will I have to contact the ticket office to point it out, or do I have to find someone lighter and possibly better looking than say, BDL, to sit on my lap next season? ;-) Thanks.
You can't buy the same seat twice, so we will sort that out. Any problems let me know.
Just tried several times to do mine online - wouldn't let me so very frustrated!!! I don't have a password and used the instructions which just took me back to the login each time. About time the Club updated it's online system!
It's tremendous value, so don't leave it in your to do list, get on the phone today and get your renewals and new applications in, and save yourself a tidy few quid.

We're well aware that it isn't very user friendly and are in the process of rebuilding it to eliminate things like this, but we are not able to make simple text changes to the current screens to assist.
Explained to my Brother in law if he wasn't quick the prices would go up and he would miss out , he said he wasn't bothered as he wanted to give the club more money!

It didn't email me anything and I do get e newsletters! I did use the phone line when I got to work and managed to renew there and it was all nice and simple!
