    I just renewed online and because it did not appear to have gone through I pressed the process transaction again. ( I know it tells you to only press once but it looked like it had failed the first time. Trigger happy that's me )
    Lo and behold when I checked my account it has gone through twice. So will it be automatically refunded when my mistake is spotted, will I have to contact the ticket office to point it out, or do I have to find someone lighter and possibly better looking than say, BDL, to sit on my lap next season? ;-)

    You can't buy the same seat twice, so we will sort that out. Any problems let me know.

  • wow what a great total so far. What was the overall figure last year? Hopefully some of the lapsed supporters are finally returning
  • Popped down to the Valley at lunchtime and renewed my 2. No sign of a credit card surcharge
  • About 9500 st this season but that includes half season bought in Jan so this is a very good figure.

    And as Airman says there will be more due to the backlog being processed and the ppl who leave it till the last minute.

    It's tremendous value, so don't leave it in your to do list, get on the phone today and get your renewals and new applications in, and save yourself a tidy few quid.

    If you're umming and arhing, then you're bound to do it come August, so you might as well make the.saving now.

    Done my 3 over the phone this morning took less than 3 minutes very efficient service, operator did mention the credit card charge. Well done

    Yes, that's what it does. But it should email you a password, assuming we hold your email address.

    We're well aware that it isn't very user friendly and are in the process of rebuilding it to eliminate things like this, but we are not able to make simple text changes to the current screens to assist.

    Explained to my Brother in law if he wasn't quick the prices would go up and he would miss out , he said he wasn't bothered as he wanted to give the club more money!

    Can't have been that generous as i've Just found out this morning he's renewed , and is well chuffed he saved himself some money! :-0

    Dave's not involved in ticketing at all these days, so unless you are trying to book hospitality that may be the reason. I am in charge of tickets.

    It didn't email me anything and I do get e newsletters! I did use the phone line when I got to work and managed to renew there and it was all nice and simple!
