Jones 1'18 before he says the M word and then only says it once more. What was MM thinking of! Sack this joker now. ps like the bit where he mumbles on about his job being promotion, promotion and whatever. The man sounds truly focussed.

  • Haha, best mantra ever:

    "Promotion, promotion... whatever..."
  • But they are MASSIVE!
  • I would think that a team talk from Jonesey is akin to being addressed by an energetic corpse

He's been there a few hours and already misguided ... massive ... lol

On way back to Frankfurt airport yesterday and saw a large sized piece of graffiti along the way ... 'NordMassiv' ... bloody Wendies disease is catching ;-)

never understood the complete arrogance that these so called big (massive in this case) teams have.
Yes they were a top division club, but they aren’t now. What do they expect, that every other club who has traditionally been small should know their place and stay out of the top league then? How dare Norwich be challenging for a uefa spot. how dare west brom beat chelsea. It’s like dealing with the social boundaries. You were born poor and you will die poor and you will be thankful that us the aristocracy put up with you peasants.

Big support. so what if a team has a smaller stadium and smaller support and still gets into the top leagues. its not as if they don’t deserve to be there just because fewer people will enjoy them being up there. What a load of bollox.
They are the ones who bugged it up. bloody history. most teams (apart from mk) have history.

Its like when arsenal after the war were reinstated into division 1 after they went down. Just because of their history as a big team. like west ham getting out of being docked points for teves playing. the judge saying it was because of the clubs size and loyal support that they did not want to punish them for what happened. well what about the fans of the other clubs who did go down?

They give them an unfair advantage. They all ready have the advantage of being a big team with lots of support and so probably lots of money but that isn’t enough so we have to help them out further because they deserve it. deserve it my arse.
They all just patronise the smaller team as if they are just there to make up the numbers. when Leeds went down I celebrated as i did when west ham and newcastle went down. its a shame the top 6 teams don’t get relegated but in a way I’m glad they haven’t because to put up with even more bigoted up their own arse opinions from the big teams would be unbearable.
They all need to have reality check and get over themselves. this club from Sheffield defiantly needs to.

edit: what the hell am i going on about? guess there isent much to moan about with team management etc. i know most of what i said has nothing to do with the actual thread. sorry.
  • On the way back from Bournemouth today I heard an interview with him on the radio. He only got to the THIRD word of the interview before he said 'massive'. Did have a little laugh to myself.

Its not the size of the club, its what you do with it that counts.
  • sitting up with supplies for the in depth discussion and coverage of League 1's amazing day. It's going to be Massive. Should be at least 5minutes. Cannot wait to hear what Dave says. I predict 2 massives.

Heard it also, it wasn't a repeat interview. It was live after their game. He must be on a bonus for every time he says the M word.
