Strange decision, unless they've got a replacement lined up.

More of a shock than Lee Clark, that.

Awful manager - and to think some people on here were advocating that he replaced Parkinson.

Never really got the mad dog tbh , I think he talks a lot of sense when offering his pundits opinion ,
But I always think he would have an instant uplift in results but be limited in the long haul

Notts made a very decent start to the season (apart from getting beaten by Charlton, of course!), but have slipped away a bit.
He's only been there a year, not even a full season.
Unless he's majorly upset someone, doesn't seem he's had a fair crack of the whip.
2 years ago, NottsCounty were in the 4th Division.
18 months later, after winning promotion, they've already sacked 2 managers within 12 months. Unrealistic expectations or something else?

I'm not sympathetic .They have only shown him the same lack of loyalty that he showed Barnet.
