but they also say they covering Blackpool v West Ham which I thought was on the 21st.

If they are covering it the app (iphone/ipod) you want is called TuneIn Radio: http://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/tunein-radio-pro/id319295332?mt=8.

Thats the Pro version but there is also a free version that works exactly the same.

Not for audio stuff yet, like Dazzler said the Radio app for iPhone is very very good
