SKYPE - Call denied

Any skype gurus on here, just set it up with my g/f on our iphones as she is away on business, so cheapest option, when we try to call each other it says call denied, although neither of us are denying or rejecting the calls, any help would be appreciated.

If your both have iPhones, why not use face time?
Have you sent an invite on Skype for her to be a friend contact?

Right, update, the other half left her office and called me from her hotel room on wifi, connected perfectly on video and voice call, tried to call her back same problem, would my firewall at work be causing this do you think, but why would it work incoming but not outgoing???

LOL...do one....problem solved (ISH), firewall on company wifi prevents outgoing on certain sites, SKYPE being one of them, but incoming calls ok, or so my I.T. man says, dont see how I can IM on skype still though?
