oi henry - a recent revision to the 1985 companies act

that kicked in last month as i understand it means that as well as displaying its registered name(s) and registered address(es) the company needs to add the place of its registration and registered number(s) to its website (& emails to be on the safe side)...

    Company information on documents and websites

    Further changes took effect from 1 January 2007 regarding the requirements for inclusion of a company's details on certain of its communications. Although introduced under the above statutory instruments, this in fact constitutes amendments to the relevant sections of the Companies Act 1985 (which remain in force).

    It is very important for all companies to ensure that they are compliant with the new requirements.
