Biggest Game of the Season?

Is our biggest game of the season Watford vs. Wigan rather than us against West Ham?

If Wigan win that game then it really looks bloody more difficult than it already is. Plus the fact that the players will see this result and get downbeat in my opinion.

  • We have to beat west ham regardless. If wigan win at watford then it will be hard but beat west ham and then wigan at home in a few weeks and the gap will be reduced by 6 points. My only concern is that they don't appear to have many tough games left.
  • from now to safety, the 'next match' will be the biggest game...
  • whats our current score ltgtr compared to last year? minus what?
  • not been keeping the record going but looks just 2 points down on the corresponding fixtures so just the matches against the relegated teams/promoted teams letting us down otherwise we'd be looking safe and talking about europe again...the fixture list now to the end of the season looks more promising though...
  • Don't overlook Man City - they have a tough run-in, unlike Wigan.

Totally agree with that. There are 33 points on offer. We need 18-20 to stay up. So until we get them each game will be massive.
  • I think you answered your own question, WSS!!! We cannot worry about any other results, we just need to plough ahead and pick up 20+ points from these remaining games and then see where we end up.
