Will we sell out Exeter and Chesterfield

2000 Chesterfield and 1300 Exeter, surely we will sell out our allocation for these games, the boys are doing the business on the pitch and our support will help them away from home, I get about 7-8 away games a season and I have my Chesterfield ticket, helps that my brother lives in Chesterfield.

It is abundantly clear that the players appreciate our support as you can see from their reaction at the end of games, do we sometimes let them down away from home, are we a well supported club away from home, we're about to see Sheff utd bring 3000 down on Sat, would we take 3000 to 5000 to the midlands/ Yorkshire I think not, yes 7000 to Fulham, 3000 Orient, 2000 Brentford, but when distance comes in are we only a 750-1500.

Are we going to sell out these two ? Why not .......... I'm going to do my bit and rope my brother in, not that he knows it yet !

    Exeter yes or near enough.
    Chesterfield no chance i think. Sheff Wed/United were both bigger games and we didn't take near 2000. Chesterfield is only one stop before on the east midlands service, and i reckon we'll do very well to have 1000 up there.

    New ground folev and the teams look as if they are going in opposite directions. Chesterfield more chance than Exeter IMO.

    think Chesterfield will be close, new ground syndrome and all that. Exeter, 900 to 1,000 in my opinion.

    About 30 - 40 mins at a guess

    As for selling out, a Chesterfield fan told me they will give part of another stand to away fans if they are unlikely to sell it themselves.

    There is a train station right outside the ground. Or just down the road.

    I think both will be just shy. 1100 - 1200 at Exeter, Chesterfield 1600 - 1800 hundred.

    Hope I'm proved wrong and they are both full.

    Did Exeter say if they ever offer more ?? It's our very last game of the season ! Cheers.

    Chesterfield nice new ground but crap atmosphere. Wouldn't walk from station but if you do lots of decent boozers on route.

    I personally think it will be a sad reflection on us as Charlton fans when our team is top of the table if we don't hit a full sell out of our allocation at both games.

    They didn't offer us any extras when we were hoping to go up but they were hoping to stay up too I believe. I really don't think that it is a ground suited to offering extra space to visiting fans. Either grab one early or take a chance in the home areas if they don't stop you.

    Cheers. We have a loyalty points system for priority purchases. My eldest son and I have enough each time to get tickets on the first day. However my youngest (only 9) is lower down the list and will miss out of we only get 1300.

    They wont give any more, there was carnage when leeds were down there and they took far more than 1.3k they had no idea what to do with them all apart from try and pen them all in behind the goal, didnt have a clue. not too clever at all.

    Leave off the away support abuse, we would have sold out Sheff Wed if it wasnt for those pesky trains.

    Ive got my eye on the Chesterfield game,we can just about get there and back.Hope some tickets make it to general sale.
