Must say I am beginning to get a bit confused with all the transfer activity recently. I don't really understand it, are we saying that we were a wee bit toothless in reserve up front? Is Danny Haynes a bit of a "utility" signing that Curbishley used to make with such aplomb? I make the assumption that Mr Haynes can play wide on the right or upfront and the Clarke is a like for like replacement for Kermit?
Where does Hayes figure here, if at all? And does the signing of Haynes make the departure of BWP, albeit at some silly price, from the Championship more likely?
Mr Euell looked a wee bit ring rusty for us and I wish him the best at AFC Wimbledon
