  • Nice one Danny, welcome back for the game.
You will get all sorts of advice on this one because peoples veiw on things differ, if you want atmosphere you will need to be in the North upper, however my own take on this is if you want a decent veiw you cannot beat sitting on the sides mid to half way up.
As a compromise I can vouch for the NW corner, I have sat in there for a few games and its close enough to the drummer and the singers and a good veiw as well.
  • You're up early, Nathan
  • I hope you enjoy the game Danny.
  • North Upper

Ahh and there lies my dilemma!!! i used to be a season ticket holder for near 10 years, and had a seat in east stand about half way up and had a great view only problem was it was a bit quiet!!!!
  • i'd recommend high up, east stand right next to the north - best of both worlds

If you had a S/T for 10 years, you know the answer. Nothing has changed.

There is a lot of noise in block D in the East where I sit, people are always dropping the tops off their flasks and rustling their blankets and there is constant chatter about trains. :-)

  • Apparently, following the west stand drum against Brentford, their planning on having one in each section of the ground although the north will also be allowed a set of maracas and a huge organ. Richard Murray will be playing a saxophone solo from a gantry being built out from the press area just before the start of the second half, whilst wearing CP's leather hat. Can't wait.

  • I recommend, (and am sitting there vs sheff utd) north west blocks a or b. Close to the drummer, good view, and plenty of room to switch seats if you ant to. Enjoy the game :)
  • with the yoot up top
  • In a seat
What a sad boy. I remember when u asked what bus routes would get you to a coach point.
This fella is going to a game for his first game in a couple of years asks a genuine question.
