Problem with CAFC Player

Log in and it says my subscription has expired, but I pay monthly and haven't cancelled it. Next payment date for it was today, now for some reason its booted me off...odd

    I had enough money in there for it yesterday
  • I've just logged in ok - thought I'd better check well ahead of the game, just in case
  • I often have this problem. Log in and go and far as it lets you. When it boots you off, click on log off yourself.

    If this doesn't work, log in and log off immediately. Change the page and then log in again.

    Generally you need to log in / out from different pages and eventually you'll get there. You can try to sign in on the home page or you can click on Latest News and wait until it asks you to sign in. Try both methods and / or try one then log off on purpose and try the other.

    It's working for me today. Yesterday I had to download Flash Player version 11 for it to work. You'd could try this too.
  • As with last week, I didn't get the 'sign in' option using Firefox.

    I have got on using Chrome again.
