Absolute beast of a player is Yann, I'm almost 32 and this season, I have 'favourite' players, You know like when I was 10 I loved Bolder and Johnny Umf, I feel like a have my Charlton back, and it is because we have (favorite) players like Yann who will put in an amazing shift even tho he looks like he done 12 rounds with Tyson! Just to add, other of my favourites are Morro, Wiggins, Solly, Holllands! I'm bouncing about work again revelling in it amongst Millwall and Palarse!
our bandaging skills weren't up to the level of oldhams
When I shoutted out 'tuck your flaps in Yann' my son gave me a nudge but fortunately the young lady in front of me saw the funny side and had a little titter.
Great player but i think if there's one area he could improve on its just that little bit of composure to hold onto the ball and pick out the right pass. He's so good in the air he sometimes looks to knock it on first time too often and play breaks down.

I think that's also partially that BWP doesn't seem to be quite on the same wavelength and/or not prepared to take a gamble on getting onto the flick on.
Have to admit when we signed him the all I thought was watching him miss that penalty for Leicester in the play off's but he's proved a real find and since he's come in we've played better.
Shame he's 30 already, wish we'd got him a few years ago. Really looking forward to seeing him for the first time against the O's and the rest of the lads of course.

Not on the same wavelength or not that type of striker? i go for the later.
The guys quality and certainly a real fighter. I know he had leukemia at 14 and this prevented him from playing competitive football until he was atleast 20. He's shown enough courage of the pitch at such a young age to show that a little bang to head is nothing major.
Watching Kermorgant slide off the pitch to win a nothing ball while swathed in bandages I couldn't help but compare it to last year's dross like McCormack and Reid shirking challenges and not looking interested. Even if this season goes horribly wrong and we end up mid-table it's great having players who actually look interested. Good on you Yann
