A good few years back, my bruv bought a van from a guy in Biggin Hill and it is still going like a trojan to this day. In March, I went to the same guy and bought a decent van at a fair price, and 9 months on - no complaints. Maybe this will help somebody.
Thanks for the tip Phil, in fact that dealer had a very clean connect, but had high mileage, but touch wood I spent a few hours on the sites and got a ford connect with 90,000 miles from a dealer in Norbury for £2,000. He took in in part exchange for a guy who wanted to buy a BMW?. A 2004 plate and was sold without history, when I turned up the history had turned up with the full service bills, and the dealer even kept 10 months tax on it, so well pleased with it.My brothers son, who is a Ford mechanic is doing a service on it,( he owes me a favour, or two) so fingers crossed my son will have a decent van to get him about, and start earning some money. ( well that is the theory)
