The chances of this game selling out are virtually nil. Such is our away support I do not think we would sell 5000 tickets even if they were free
If they were free why bother buying one ? Moans about our away support are getting very tedious. There are various reason as to why but it is what it is so why don't we just accept the fact and get on with it.

You're a bundle of joy aren't you. New to the board but nothing good to say, despite us being top of the league. I smell a rat.
Well he said this so he sounds genuine to me :-
"Remember the '77 league game against Chelsea when they took over the ground. I was standing in the North West corner, to the left of the main stand anyway. Charlton started singing come and join us......and they did quite quickly! The covered end ended up on the east terrace corner next to the covered end. We won 4-0 so alls well! "

Thanks for the info.I'm still stuffed as I live in SW Scotland and if I go via Edinburgh I need the 22:00 to Glasgow at the latest to get to a station near my house. So I am stuffed for the sake of 14 minutes.I was beat by only a few minutes to get back from The Bescot Stadium on Saturday.Looks to me as if the planner has decided I'm not getting to many Charlton games.Carlisle is a definite as that is only an hour and a half.I am looking in to the Chesterfield game as well.
Isn't the 18.42 to Manchester an option fella?
Seriously though from the ground to the Station is about 25 mins on the tram but you have to change at Fitzalan Square for the Train Station stop. Alternatively there are buses that will get you through in time
the 17.03 77 service gets you to the bus station for 17.22 (a literal 2 minute walk from the station) so plenty of time even with traffic, the bus stop is bang next to the tram stop
