Crystal Palace v Millwall

  • I absolutely detest Palace. I can't call this one as I hate both, but know loads of Millwall fans. If West Spam stay in the league could have the 4 rivals in one league. 8 BIG fixtures for us if we went up. Definitely a possibility.
6 BIG fixtures surely, unless we are playing ourselves twice as well! Anyway, agree with your point - I want to see us turning these over on the pitch, not just laughing in my bedroom cos Millwall are back in the league below us, there'll be time for that later.
  • A draw would do nicely and keep them both in there so we can get our revenge next season
I've just come back from Benidorm with a load of Millwall and they're not happy about the allocation given by Palace
They normally get the whole of the Arthur Waite but this time only half, about 2500
Iknow a load of Millwall mates and family, but all the Palace fans I've known are right dillusional idiots
Millwall sad they didn't get a large allocation? Ha! They can't fill there own stands let alone anyone else's.

I think I've only ever met 1 Pala*se fan, but know a lot of Millwall. Most are lovely lads, deluded, but lovely. But as I'm assaulted with their presence more often I feel a strong dislike for them.

Goalless draw with a Millwall player taking a Pala*se player out. One injury and one red card.
  • If we do get palace next season we should get a decent allocation and pre-Jordan ticket prices. 4k of us there will be a lot of fun!
  • why on earth would people want not to play them and gain revenge, wanting them to go down and avoiding playing millwall is not for me would rather see us beat them next season then relegate them, fancy this team has something about them unlike so many before who disgusted me with there cowardice
  • palace 12 scum 0
  • you no it ooohaa, but sadly they bottle it with millwall also
  • Hate Palace, don’t really hate Millwall – it’s more about local bragging rights when we play them. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

As above though, would much rather be in the same division as them (and West Ham) seasons without real derbys – and calling Brentford a derby is really pushing it – are lacking that vital ingredient.

Id rather play the teams I hate rather than sit 2 leagues above them. Whats a season without big games? Hopefully charlton, westham, millwall and palace all in the championship next year.
  • I think next season is will be about going for the Premiership - couldn't give a monkey's if we play Palace or Millwall and surely the lower they are the better.

I don't think my cousin (he supports Palace) has ever forgiven me for the time we were in Bluewater , and we saw Jon Fortune , and i said to my cousin , 'Thats the guy who sent the Palace down '

When i asked my cousin why he supported Palace , he said he was press ganged at school , and told if he didn't he would be beat up!

  • This current squad won't let us down at the toolbox like the last shower did.
  • I thought I heard it said on sunday, that Millwalls next four games are palarse, Leeds, Cardiff and Hull?

    Yeah sorry my mistake.
There's nothing better than the anticipation for a big derby game. I miss that buzz!
  • My dad picked up two free tickets at his work for Millwall vs Cardiff coming up incase i wanted them.

Isnt that one of the main fixtures for Millwall? Rivals for some reason? giving away tickets to all sorts!

Can't recall there ever being much rivalry between is & Cardiff. We're only a small club, why do you think we should be selling out against Cardiff?

Both teams club each other to their deaths. Simples ; )
  • Isn't it just a hardnuts rivalry ?

    No. Millsmall v Cardivs
  • Couldn't give a shit about Palarse. Hoping the spanners manage to stay up one more season as we require a payback from that insult of a performance at the last toolbox meeting. Any true Charton would say THIS!
  • THIS!

    What do I win?

Not even that anymore. It's sewn up down there and very well policed at our place, they normally have a bubble trip, both lots don't really bother.

    apart from me.

there have been too many 'payback' opportunities over the years, only for our superior players to turn into quiverring wrecks.

for that reason i'd like palace to win and millwall to get relegated. as long as we go up.

  • I'd quite happily never play Millwall again in my lifetime.

  • I'd quite happily never play Millwall again in my lifetime.

I agree, just as long as we are one, two or even three divisions above them. Ditto Palace.
  • fight or flight...off we fly

Sorry but I'm with Henry on this one, I had a lucky escape from the old 'toolbox' back in the late 60's as a teenager and vowed I'd never go back not least of all to patronise the spanners and to this day I haven't. I am always there for the home game though!
  • I have to say I would like Millwall to win I greatly detest Palarse and id disgusting to see them anywhere near the play off poisitions.
