If it does it will be marginal. Well top v second is a no brainer I suppose if you are Sky - you have to play the cards you are given. It is hard on fans from both sides who may have bought non refundable train tickets in advance though - there has to be a fairer system for them. After all, I good percentage of them may be Sky customers - I know that doesn't make any difference to sky because the numbers are so small but surely you cherish and care for every customer- maybe Sky should have a policy where they refund tickets to their customers at least.
there should be some scheme to cover train fares - perhaps when you buy a train ticket you could register it as being for a football match, perhaps paying a fee of a quid or two, and the train companies refund if the match is moved for TV - the TV company involved could contribute.
I don't think sky would change it as thhey'd make it unable to show uus on tv next year at all. As their is a 3 match maximum they can show league 1 and 2 teams. So with sheff wed game leyton orient and this. Our 3 would have been shown and we wouldn't be on sky till next season unless we go in the playoff's. Can understand the draw of the game but hope sky don't choose it.
Non refundable train tickets! I have planned my first holiday in three years around this! Right now I genuinely feel sick. Thanks for your support BRE.
Edit: Just got an e-mail from Chris Parkes confirming Sky will be showing the game on Monday28th
