It's all about the inbox nowadays, that way you can have joint whispers apparently? Although I've not tried that yet.

AFKA doesn't read all whispers/private messages anymore he doesn't have time.
Dazzler reads them for him and flags anything he should know about,

You have to be careful making whispers (which, at least for the time being, we can't do anyway), there are some on here who frown upon it you know. They're generally posters who don't have anything of much interest to talk about in the first place, so naturaly enough no one 'wants' to whisper them anyway.
Kind of ironic if you ask me.
