Preston v Yeovil

Didn't realise they were playing tonight...............game finished 4-3 to Preston  & now they are sitting in 4th.

Shows once again that you have to score goals in the division to win games.............can't stop when you are 2 or 3 up & have to go on to score more. They are now the 6th team in our league to have scored 4 or more in a game so far this season - the others being Sheff U,Brentford, Stevenage,Mk Dons & Colchester (twice). For the record and for the Brighton-o-meter, Brighton scored 4 or more 7 times last season.

we have been warned !

    It's important to note that the first game in which Brighton scored four was away against us in mid-October.

    yeah but remember whenever we play anyone ......."they're a tough team to beat ..... a good side .... they'll be up there ..... a draw wont be a bad thing......don't forget they beat sheffield wednesday (forget theyve lost another 8 squillion matches)"

    Don't remember Brighton letting in 3 at home.

    More important to keep clean sheets and win.  If Preston can leak goals against the likes of Colchester (4) and Yeovil (3) they could find themselves in trouble against the other expected promotion candidates.

    I make us the joint second top scorers in the league? All without scoring 4 in one game, seems pretty consistent to me!
