Hi everyone for some reason the search isn't showing the above thread but.... In 3.5 weeks I have gone from 13st to 12st 2lb. Just thought it deserved a mention I am 5ft 8 by the way.
How you guys doing it? Bit of a lardy myself. I know there’s no quick fix, have lost loads before and put it back on quickly. Always interested in peoples methods.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Just started the alcohol diet. Managed to lose 3 days last week...
Seriously, saw a picture taken of me on holiday and I was horrified. Decided to join weight watchers online and so far, so good. Have lost 3kg in 2 weeks. Finding it difficult to keep away from pasties and burgers at CAFC tho.

turning down snacks, dieting and lots of exercise. Started at the beginning of pre-season for my 11 a side team. I have also been taking CLA. It can increase fat burning by 2-3%. Main plusses that keep the drive going = Abs coming back, clothes getting looser and best of all the alertness you get back!
Made a good start then hit the wall. If i listed down what I have eat tonight, then I'm likely to burst out crying seeing it all wrote down. Doubt McDonalds normally have three-course visitors
Started off this year at 16st 11/12lbs, just down to just under 15st but stabilized dead on 15st now but I've cut right back on my cycling (I say cut back, I'm not only going out twice/three times a week max but have racked up in excess of 3,500 miles this year now).
The majority of that weight loss is purely down to exercise. I'm still eating a lot of crap but in moderation now. Really need to cut out every last bit of crap to lose any more while I've cut the cycling. Am sitting down with my cycling coach in the next week to develop a personalised fitness plan on the bike for the winter months, only doing 3 sessions a week max as I'm going to start swimming and to some gym work on the days inbetween.
Aim is to be down to 14st by Spring and the start of the TT season.
Been going to weightwatchers for nearly 6 months and yesterday got to goal of 10st, actually a little under. I have found it very easy, stopped me snacking and realised planning and tracking food worked for me. Did not up exercise as I am waiting for a hip replacement.

it's conjugated linoleic acid. If you google PHD CLA you'll find the 1000mg Tablets I've been using.
