Anyone know about utilities connection?

edited August 2011 in Not Sports Related
I'm trying to put together a business plan and wondered if anyone has any experience in getting utilities connected to a new build?

The plan is to buy a lake and some land to turn in to a trout fishery.
Obviously it's likely that this land will not have an utilities.
I'll be building a lodge which will need water/sewers, electricity and a phone line.

Now I know this may be a bit of a 'how long is a piece of string' question that depends on how far from the main road the lake is.
But can anyone give me even a rough figure of how much this work could cost?
Maybe a few hypothetical situations and prices?

Also, I've found a website called powersolutionsuk.com who say they will organise the whole thing.
They have relationships with all the providers and you pay no fee, they get their commission from the providers.
Anyone ever used a company like this before?

Thanks in advance for any help, i know it's an obscure ask but maybe someone is an expert in this field!

Cheers
Dan
