hardly any teams worrying about us from what iv just read witch is a good thing in my eyes. seems huddersfield have all teams scared they should walk this league i thought they would be weakened by loosing pilkington and peltier but they have replaced them with better players in my view danny ward is top draw in this league great signing
I tell you, when you look at Huddersfields squad, it is not as if the whole team would walk in to our starting 11....
Rhodes and BWP partnership? Fair enough, we would take Rhodes for Hayes, but I dare say they would also take BWP as well for Novak. And TBH, I still think the attraction of BWP and Hayes is how they complement each other (ie Hayes dropping deep, holding up play etc).
Danny Ward? Good player - but would you swap Danny Green for him? Not clear cut at all. Green was arguably the most in demand player in our league this summer.
Anton Robinson? Good signing - but no better than Danny Hollands who was the one who took the headlines in that midfield.
Jacko and Stephens? Wouldnt swap them for any of their other midfielders.
They have lost Peltier and not really replaced him. Definsively is more our question mark - so cant really comment for now.
Thanks for the feedback guys. The brief I got was to keep the answers, erm brief, so I did as requested. I was also asked to do a preview for the Guardian online which is also out today. That was slightly different, no questions to answer, just a request to write a 150-200 preview incorporating certain elements. Unfortunately, you are never given a totally free hand with these things.

Thats what I meant when looking at Hayes and BWP as a partnership?
They also have new players to accomodate (not as many as us) and a lot will come down to whether Powell can join ours up.
