If CP did want him I think it might be a hard sell to the board. The last thing our manager wants is to be seen to be simply giving jobs to his mates. With the team falling away so dramatically last season, Chris Powell will not want to hand the board any extra ammunition. If anything Jason Euell will have to prove himself that bit more then the next player in order to get a deal
For what it's worth I always felt that it was a mistake by Curbs to push Euell back to midfield, since he had the makings of a very good Premier League striker, and if we do take him back I still feel that would be his best position.
Might be the same badge on the kit and play at the same stadium but otherwise so different. Can't compare to last year. Different owners/Chairman and management, so tactics used last season are not really relevant. I'd personally be happy to see him get a 12 month deal if the price was right.

Could be worth a six-month deal till Christmas and then re-assess, would be useful as a dual-role player as either a forward or attacking midfielder.
Would be a great replacement for McOxo.
He got a deal.
Wouldnt be upset if Euell got the same.
He's still on the payroll thougth, I'm just wondering aloud that we won't get another midfielder in until he's been shifted on.
