The Ticket Office

I have been critical of the ticket office in the past. However I ordered 2 STs (adult and Kid), we wanted to sit at the front of the top tier next to my brother, the ticket office worked hard to ensure this was made possible.
A public thanks to the ladies and gents at the ticket office, in the past we only hear when something goes wrong, so I thought a bit of positive publicity would do no harm.

Thats it, back to work!

  • Echo that. A nice woman phoned me last week as I'd put wrong details on my season ticket forms. Sorted out the details, then sorted out new seats for me when I asked about swap week. Very helpful and very quick to sort everything out.
