Kent Football Legends Night with Sir Keith and Killer

Come and meet 'Sir' Keith Peacock and Derek 'Killer' Hales at the Early Bird in Grove Green, Maidstone.

‘Sir’ Keith became the first substitute to appear in the Football League in 1965 and is Charlton Athletic’s second highest appearance maker with 591 games. Keith, who is now Charlton’s Technical Director, has also managed both Gillingham and Maidstone.

Derek ‘Killer’ Hales is Charlton's record goalscorer, scoring 168 times in all competitions, during two spells with the club. Derek, who also played for Gillingham, still regularly watches Charlton and was voted as one of the club’s cult heroes in a recent BBC Sport survey.

Both men have stories to tell; now is the time to relive the memories
