Bristol Rovers Tickets

They have posted the prices on the OS but it states that tickets are £18.50 for a seat in the south stand and that we have been given 950 seats
It says on Football Ground Guide that there is a terrace but it doesnt say nything about this on the OS
I want to stand on the terrace , so do i buy a seat and wander onto the terrace? are they connected?
Would be good to hear what happened last year

I think the terrace is opened when extra capacity is needed, which it wont be
