I'd also consider Youga (subject to vigorous medical tests) if Powelly rates him.

The names above are people i'd be happy to have in and around the squad because they appear committed and can do a job at this level. However we might be able to attract better for some positions.

Otherwise I'm not too bothered about the rest. They either don't want to be here, are injury prone or simply not good enough.

Rather more than most picked I guess, but I see our problem as one of defence and system and don’t fully buy the “poor midfield” tag. Seeing as Spurs may be shipping out O'Hara as he's supposedly not good enough for their European push, perhaps we can pick up Parrett for keeps.

Must admit I've lost patience with Anyinsah. Fair player, but never gonna play more than half the games because he'll be injured. Goodbye.

Good players they may be but at the moment' I'm not sure I'd necessarily want many of this years squad back. We haven't achieved anything with them over the last few years and no club ever sits still in football. You either progress or you gradually slip further back - as we are.

I think Racon and Semedo are good footballers but we are holding them back. They both need to move on for the good of their careers.

We will need at least two new CB's next year, a forward, some creative central midfield players and either a good goalkeeping coach or a better number one.

I'd like to keep Jackson, Wagstaff, Bessone, Semedo, Racon and Solly

7 Scott Wagstaff Midfielder Keep for squad. Needs to get involved more and learn how to cross a ball. 2 out of 3 attempts hits the 1st defender, ball lost.
8 Therry Racon Midfielder See Semedo, but overall I think they won't take those pay cuts and we probably need a change. They've had a few years :-(

I know, we need 9 1st teamers & another few as back up.

I mean look at Soton with Lambert & Barnard up front. Fonte as centre half. Lallana in midfield. Oxlade- Chamberlain. Kelvin Davies in goal .Fraser Richardson can't make the team. Who in our team would get into the Soton team ?
Perhaps BWP and Jackson, says it all really.
Need I continue ....... we need a whole new team pretty much if we want a top 2 spot !
