  • i get the feeling nobody will want to do this bit ;)
  • cant be arsed to go through the lot apart from.

    Semedo 3

Time to drop him. Weak link going forward, not much cop defending.

Ultimately we should have one today with the chances, just wouldnt go in.

Twas a better performance than the last few weeks for me.
  • Good God, this thread is going to see some savage abuse...I can only imagine what the averages will be like after the last few weeks....
  • [cite]Posted By: Lardy[/cite]cant be arsed to go through the lot apart from.

    Semedo 3

Time to drop him. Weak link going forward, not much cop defending.

If that is the case then the marks for those other midfield dynamos, McCormack and Racon, should make interesting reading.

Worner- 5 flapped and looked shaky almst every time the ball went in the box, at times he did not have a clue. Elliot may not be perfect but Worner is not the answer.
Jenkinson- 7 did well again, got forward well and hope injury is not too bad.
Llera- 7.5 good again, dealt with most things very well. Not as involved on the ball but impressed.
    Dailly- 6 ok
Fry- 6 also ok, good to have a natural left footer there.
Racon- 7 better than he has been recently, was involved more, linked up better but should have scored.
    Semedo-6 not bad
McCormack- 5.5 not bad but still not great. One or two good passes but he still bottles the odd challenge and lacks quality at times.
Wagstaff- 5.5 not involved enough. Should have hit the target in first half
Nouble- 6.5 put himself about well and got better, he is very raw but has some good attributes and showed plenty to be postive about.
Wright Phillips- 5.5 not good today, if he doesn't score then his bad attributes are more visible such as the fact he can seem very lazy.
Fortune- 6 better than his Carlisle nightmare.

n/a Solly- impressed and will hopefully get a run of games.
n/a Reid - did nothing again.

Mention for their keeper who was probably one of the MOM's, that save in the second half from Llera looked world class.

  • Worner 6 Did not do anything wrong , but does not command his area
Jenkinson 7.5 Another good performance this time oon his right side . Offered good options going forward
Llera 7 Big Mig is growing on me , he is our best footballing cb . Still does not inspire confidence though
Dailly 7 We miss him when he was subbed
Fry 6 Not having a proper lb has hampered us this season .Fry is competent but no more in this role. I'd like to see him in the middle if Bessone returns next week
Racon 6 Would prefer him more centrally
Semedo 6 not as commanding as previously
McCormack 6 Extra mark for his effective dead ball efforts
    Wagstaff 6 Showed some touches
Nouble 6 Could be promising , Jury's out
Wright Phillips 6 Didn't score this time
Fortune 6 Not the player he once was

n/a Solly Good to see him back
n/a Reid Didn't have much time to make an impact

Worner 6.5 - He is a non league keeper, too small, poor distribution and flaps but did not cost us anything today so solid 6.5
Jenkinson 7 - Looks good and one of our only consistent players
Llera 7 - really unlucky not to score, dominated at back but understand it was his player who scored.
Dailly 6.5 - not really troubled in first 45
Fry 6 - not good, not bad
Racon 6 - does nothing very much and can't wait till he is gone
Semedo 6.5 - going through a bad patch but still gives his all
McCormack 4 - no point in playing this clown. Disgrace to the shirt
Wagstaff 5 - For all his effort he rarely gets anywhere and should have hit the target min with his chance in the first half
Nouble 6 - promising debut - won't score many but has quite good feet for a big man
Wright Phillips 5 - no service, little effort
Fortune 6 - not the old Fortune and will retire at end of season i would imagine

n/a Solly - I know it says n/a but I thought he looked very good when he came on - hope he stays fit, great to see Francis as 3rd choice.
n/a Reid - wasted substitute when better options were on the bench.

Worner 6 - did ok hard to see from Covered End whether he could have saved the goal

Jenkinson 7 - Looked fine until his altercation with the East Stand. Hope he is ok

Llera 7.5 - my MOM solid in defence and our one real attacking threat too

Dailly 6 - OK outpaced Alexander on one occasion. Can only assume he is injured to be substituted

Fry 6 - Reasonable game on his return to the side. Would like to keep him for longer

    Racon 6 - 7 first half 5 second

Semedo 6 - Can't fault his effort but crablike today

McCormack 5.5 - Don't like marking him below 6 but that is what I genuinely think he deserves

Wagstaff 6.5 - Worked hard got some crosses in will be disappointed he put his first half chance high

Nouble 6 - Decent debut from Leaburn considering he had just a day with the squad

Wright Phillips 6 - Worked harder than previously. No chances that I can recall.

Fortune 6 - Did ok loss of pace not exposed today

n/a Solly 6 - Lively cameo one good tackle.

n/a Reid 6 - There in body but that's it.

  • Worner - 7.5 - I like the look of him
Jenkinson - 7 So much better than Francis
Llera - 7,5 - So unlucky not to score MOM
    Dailly - 6 - Steady Game
Fry - 6 Not his best game but OK
Racon - 5 No Substance at all
Semedo - 5.5 Works hard but no end product
McCormack - 5.5 Not as bad a Tuesday
Wagstaff - 4 How he starts and Reid doesnt is beyond me
Nouble - 6 Not bad first half , poor in the second. Doesn't jump for headers!
Wright Phillips - 5 No show today
Fortune -6 Didnt do much wrong today

    n/a Solly - 6
    n/a Reid - 6
  • Worner - 5 Didn't want to know on any sort ball across the face of goal.
Jenkinson - 6.5 Tried hard coming forward and clipped a couple of nice balls to far post. He's ok but don't start talking about him as a centre half....not strong enough in the air for that.
Llera - 6 Did ok but could've cleared for a throw instead of trying to keep the ball in and conceding a corner. Too weak from the corner 0-1. Good in their box.
    Dailly - 6.5 Untroubled.
Fry - 5.5 Still looking ordinary in every aspect.
Racon - 5.5 Some ok efforts in first half but faded and needed to be subbed/moved on the hour.
Semedo - 6 Somebody's got to do the donkey work and would look better with a better partner.
McCormack - 5.5 Some dead balls WERE good. Not much else really.
Wagstaff - 4.5 A waste of a shirt for large parts of this game. Had a good chance and muffed it 1st half. Surely NE should've played instead?
Nouble - 5.5 Some good turns out wide but nowhere near as good as Leaburn as a player. Why or why did we let Sodje go?!
Wright Phillips - 4 Was he playing? Not all his fault...he relies totally on service...but that makes him a luxury player. Needs to contribute more than just goals.
Fortune- 5 Can't head. In fact, not sure he ever could (doesn't jump). But stuck tight and did what he could.

  • Worner 5 Too small in height & strength, sure he's a nice bloke, but needs to be sent packing with Elliot
    Jenkinson 7 very good game
Llera 8 MOM I've never been a fan, but you can't fault his effort & performances of late
    Dailly 6
Fry 5 Looked nervous/shaky since xmas
Racon 5 flattered to deceive as usual - he's the nearly man - like Lisbie was for us - he nearly scores - he nearly shoots - he nearly .......
    Semedo 6 solid as usual
McCormack 5 poor early on but improved, did his best to gift them a goal in the 1st half, when giving to them on the edge of our box
Wagstaff 6 better than usual, a bit more involved, but still hardly got a cross in.What's the point of a winger, who can't get in a decent cross in any game ?
Nouble 6 Poor early on, decent spell start of 2nd half - people criticise, but don't think Abbott or Sodje would have done any better if they were still here
Wright Phillips 5.5 Doesn't contribute much if he doesn't score
Fortune 6 Surprised me that he did ok and looked a bit quicker than last game when he could hardly run.
