Shorten a URL

How can I shorten a URL to something as simple as Click here.

    click the 2nd to last option on the panel above 'enter your comments' and it should display as follows:

    [url=null]null[/url]

    copy and paste the URL after the =, then overtype the 2nd null with 'CLICK HERE', as follows:


    [url=www.charltonlife.com/forum]CLICK HERE[/url]

    Finally, make sure under the comments box it is clicked in BBCode
