  • And . . . . I think

Rick had no hair and Mick had long hair

    I think.

I used to deliver their newspapers in Welling

Not sure with your posts, whether you're taking the p**s or not.
Assuming, you're not then yes you are correct that Mick had long hair and still has hair bit not long anymore.
Mick Everitt has nothing to do with the club, other than as a supporter ( as far as I know).
Rick is his brother and I am amazed that you didn't know that he has worked for the club for donkey's years. It is not a secret that he is also Aiman Brown on here.
Mick Everett - NOTICE THE DIFFERENT SPELLING - is Ketman's dad and also works for the club, but is nothing to do with the EVERITT'S.
Steve Dixson still supports Charlton and has been spotted at matches from time to time (I've seen & spoken to him).
    Hopefully, you now understand :-)
  • One sold books.

    One wrote books.

Dixon played football badly, although he thought he was ace at the Kent show one year i seem to remember.
  • To be honest I take no interest in who works for the club other than players etc. ( like most people I would think )
  • Fifth Column was Pants.

Far too cliquey and spoilt what was generally a good read - wasn't it written by Danny Baker?
  • Goodbye Horse was a better read.

Still alive as a Twitter Account!
  • Really, must have a look :)
  • Is is Kevin Portch? I think whoever it is, he calls himself @GoodbyeHorse

Agree. Their FIfth Column was much better than the one in VOTV.

Didn't realise it was written by Baker but now you say it its obviously him as so well written.
