OK Team! We need only 4 volunteers. So if anyone wants in, just put your name forward. It's all a very simple procedure, and good to be pitchside before the game.
As Henry said, ask me if you have any queries.
Cricket bag the flag lives in though has mysteriously gone missing! So I'll try and sort a replacement to stop it from getting (even more) dirty.
well done for Saturday - Out of interest - is the Hales banner still in existence? Not saying we should get it out-might be worth saving for the big attendances if it isn't moth eaten or ripped.

Btw, im 16.
take the flag into the ground and get it ready by the NW corner.
Just before the teams come out start it on its way around.
Helpers need to follow it and try and keep it straight as it does the NE corner (the hardest bit).
Then follow it across the East to near the scoreboard where it needs to be stuffed back into the cricket bag it lives in.
You can then use your ground pass to get back to your seat. Should be back to your seat by KO or just a little while later.
One of the group has to look after the flag and take it back to reception, most likely after the game.
Nothing to difficult or demanding.
Weegie, Olly and Rodders can say how it went on Saturday and give more info.
Health and Safety-ist actually.

When we first did the big big flag we started by the scoreboard and it went all the way around via the east, north and west.
I was told away directors (Newcastle) complained so since then it gone clockwise from the NW corner or the upper north.
If you want to be part of building the atmosphere for the game then let Olly know here before 1pm Friday.
Olly text me if you have enough people to make it work and I'll give you John Little's number
