I will be there in the covered end with the missus and my little brother. Trying to make an impression on them, especially my brother so that he takes and affection to us and not the Gooners

3-1 Ecclestone 2 waggy 1. Lots of noise and a great atmosphere. Mini me and myself are looking forward to this one, he's just tried his Charlton shirt on for the third time.
Looks like Eccleston might be starting from what I infered from his twitter page.
3-1 Charlton; Eccleston, Anyinsah and Racon.
Probably got a few wrong as none of us know but this is what I expect it to be something like..
Team:
Elliot
Francis Dailly Fortune Fry
Wagstaff Racon Semedo Jackson
Eccleston Anyinsah
OR
Elliot
Francis Dailly Llera Jackson
McCormack Racon Semedo Reid
Wagstaff
Anyinsah
I'm sure they will be fired up. It should start to become clearer to what extent inconsistent form has been the result of demotivation, 'gelling' problems or lack of skill. Hopefully a positive attitude will be enough to secure a 3-1 win.
I've been reading Keith Peacock's autobiography lately and it strikes me that there are a number of parallels between Chris Powell and Eddie Firmani: popular player with three stints at the club takes over the reins. According to KP we beat Aston Villa 3-0 for Firmani's first game in charge. KP scoring from an overhead kick.
3-0 sounds good to me. The only question in my mind is, who's going to get the overhead?
I want to see today as the beginning of the Valley becoming a fortress and to get shot of this abysmal home form - I think today will be a good day though, but don't underestimate Plymouth. I'd still take a win by the odd goal.
Only see a 1-1draw from this game,Plymouth will be a hard nut to crack .16980 to attend.Have to wait until Rochdale for Chris Powell to take home 3 points.
Plymouth have found a bit of form and may have the hard to handle Fallon back from his spell at Ipswich (who have recalled Lee Martin .. spoilsports). But all the boys in red will be out to impress the new manager. Charlton 3 .. Plymouth 1 .. Come on you Addicks .... ahhhhhhh

I was told by the ticket office this morning just over 18,000 so far.
I'm sure he will make the correct decision.
That's fairly good... isn't the walk-up normally pretty hefty?
Should comfortably break 20,000 if that figure is accurate
Thats what the bloke said and he was pretty accurate 18,200 and something (9.am this morning) but I wasnt paying much attention
Ground silent from 35mins onwards.
