OK he may not have years of managing experience like some people on here want,but this is what WILL happen......
Powell Manager = Buzz around ground
Buzz around ground =noise
Noise = Good playing enviroment for players (end of the day who wants to play in front of a moany bunch of........)
Good Playing enviroment = Good performances
Good Performences = wins
Wins = Promotion (and the odd jump out of the tunnel by the man himself)
Promotion = Championship
Championship = Buzz
Buzz = ...........You see where im going here....

Repeat these steps for the championship and the premiership is not that far away....
And anyway what have we got to lose quote this "once you are defeated you have nowhere to go except the top"
