And he's gutted by it (and the Parky sacking)

@Benno_14: Appeal rejected bad day got worse

  • Disappointing, I assume the ban starts on Sunday?
  • He wants to pull his finger out and win some more tackles / work harder off the ball, instead of worrying about Parky.

He will be back on Hackney marshes unless he makes a more consistent contribution - At Colchester he won 2 penalties and scored the equaliser.

Against Swindon he looked like a little boy playing against adults.
  • So we have just Abbott available for Sunday?
  • Tell me this, have we EVER successfully appealed against a red card? I cant remember winning one, mind you,we arent one of the 'big' four are we and thats all those dicks at the FA are interested in keeping happy.

Had the same convo last night during the game, we couldnt think of any
  • Typical, just typical!

Having seen the replay I'm amazed they appealed to be honest.

Must've been a case of wanting him to play last night.

Didn't Rufus get off one once? Home to someone - Leeds?

Yes, I was there for that. He was sent off for 'stamping' and it was a complete accident, but I think the ref may have changed his mind himself.
