As soon as I saw the words "Daily Mail" I had to internally resolve the moral dilemma as to whether I should read such a paper.
I then remembered that I read The Guardian occasionally which is the left wing equivalent of the Daily Mail and felt morally vindicated and able to read the article with a clear conscience!
Surely the Mail does not need slagging off. The mention of those two words 'Daily Mail' says it all - the equivalent of a health waring on a packet of cigarettes.

It's a nice article. But sure, you're right. The Mail gets it just a teeny-weeny bit wrong from time to time. That front page headline ''Hurrah for the blackshirts'' and their support for Hitler was unfortunate, I'll grant you.
But the paper's campaign against the ugliness of celulite by photographing celebrities bottoms every time they step on to a beach anywhere around the world is surely a genuine community service.
And without the double page spread of pix of Christina Aguilera in those ''sordid fishnet stocking and thong scenes'', then those of us who missed it on telly wouldn't have known the true extent of the outrage that had been perpetrated on the nation's morals and why the Mail was demanding it never should have been shown.
The jolly old Mail also keep us amused in these dark days, don't you think? Do you remember their campaign against the imposition of energy efficiient light bulbs, which was somehow going to spell the end of civilisation as we know it? You have to admit that was genuinely funny, even if they didn't quite intend it to be...
More notably are some of the reports of things that can give you cancer. Both contraception and unprotected sex are in there, so just don't do. Dogs, abortion, retirement, shaving, gardens...
I have to say that I was embarrassed that I had posted a DM article, (which had been sent on to me in my defence)but never thought an article about the academy would generate into this.
