This has made me remember the great gesture by Paulo Di Canio when playing for West Ham when he caught the ball in front of goal instead of scoring whilst I think it was the Goalkeeper down injured. Contrast these events with today's diving and play acting behaviour, unfortunately typical of lowering standards.
