I really hope that there's bad weather tonight, resulting in train cancellations so all you punters who bought their train tickets in advance get their money back.

had a feeling it would be off so rather than waste the train tickets myself , rothko and the inspector have got tickets for Man City V Bolton . Bit of decent footy
AT the very least the train companies should honour the tickets for the replay. They have to respect the reasons people buy the ticket. I think this postponement is a good thing though - will allow theplayers to rest up for a testing 3 games in 6 days. Also will mean we now miss Dailly for Walsall at home which is better than a tougher away game IMO.
Brought four tickets in Sept, could have paid £1 for insurance. Didn't, couldn't see us not going. Bit of a result as I couldn't go now anyway. Hope the trains are off tomorrow.
Also brought 2 tickets for the jingle bell ball for the wife and daughter for Sunday at the O2 off eBay last weekend. No post since Monday.
so what do i do A) Tell the good half the games off then be handed a list of jobs to do and pre xmas chores ! B) Tell her its still on and then ring on route saying bllx just been cancelled then go on the lash up north C) Tell her its off but we still going up for a laugh ( risk is she says wants the point we can do Bluewater ! )

A) My missus already knows it's been called off so looks like i'm doing the pre xmas chores crap, it's only right someone else has a miserable day too.
I suspect there's loads of fans up and down the country in similar fixes with train tickets. If only there was some national organisation with the clout to approach the train companies on fans' behalf - I dunno, called the "Football League" or something...
That said, I'm looking forward to Manchester City now!
FAO anyone thinking about refunds as spending a Tuesday evening in Rochdale seems fairly unlikely...:
Just spoken to fella at the ticket office when I rang up for other tickets. Said refunds will be taken up to 48 hours before the day of the re-arranged fixture, best to come down in person (preferably non-matchday but 2 hours or more before k/o on matchday or after the game) and you have to fill in a form to process the refund - should be no problems.

Bloody hell thats a lot of money to loose
Unless the rearranged game is on a Saturday most of the 13 match tickets will have to go back as well.....:(
Due to Trains being so Shite we may now do an all day session in Rochester instead, have no interest in seeing a prem game live.
If you have 'Advance Tickets' you cannot get a refund but you can change travel times...
All other tickets ought to qualify for a refund...
Log in and check thye travel details of your ticket and it'll tell you what your options are...
# Non-refundable ticket, only valid for the date, time and trains specified.
B without a doubt if you can't get a refund :-)
