Always think its nonsense when you hear the old "concentrate on the league" comment and "we can do without this match". Those are just ready made excuses - I think the more games you play gives you a heads up on non playing opponents.

More opportinities for a team too gel, more opportinities for fringe players to get a run out causing less resentment, more opportunities to maintain and increase a winning run of form breeding confidence = better morale, contentment and feel-good factor amongst the players.

Lee Martin will be pivotal tomorrow with Anyinsah out! If he plays with his self-less head on it could be a very good day for him and Charlton.
