It's just interesting reading to see Benson (with let's face it limited ability but determination and 'spirit') and Martin (skill personified but maybe a lack of focus) both doing so well. I think it's fair to say this shows it's the team and not the players who win games, it takes all types in the right combination for success.

Attitude can be everything. Which no doubt is why some players with only average ability can be more effective and achieve more in the game, than some players who are gfted with natural talent.

True of a lot of the squad now, and the same in Curbs sides. We have more players that make the most of what they've got than we've had in a while.
Though I would say having a good football brain, even if it's just getting in the right positions in Benson's case, is a talent/ability itself.
