Was there ever one of these historically?

I am guessing it would be too costly to produce in the current climate?

    I guess they would argue that the handbook in the opening programme of the season fulfils the function.

    Yes there was at least one in the sixties but I'm not sure if they came out every year. I certainly didn't get one every year anyway.

    thinking more about xmas gifts, most kids want the kit when it comes out (ideally)
