[cite]Posted By: DRF[/cite]Managers certianly don't quit (IMHO) after an away game.
Sheffield will be the crunch game. Fans wont just leave early if that game goes the same way (and its fortunate that its a similar level test) they will get as far as the car park and camp out there.
They do if they are dreading turning up to face thousands of angry fans! If we lose to Carlisle, which I fully expect, PP will be fully aware of what to expect vs. Sheff Weds. The atmosphere will be truly awful and I don't necessarily want to hear that or see PP subjected to too much abuse or booing. As I say, PP seems like a decent sort of bloke. I just hope he walks sooner, rather than later, for his own sake but more so for our club to have the time to find a replacement.
If we lose to Carlisle it all depends on how we lose. A close 2-1 defeat, whatever the performance, he will stumble on another week. A heavy 4-0 defeat and I don't see how he could justifying hang on. My worry is we may lose at Carlisle and then beat Sheff Weds. He will have another stay of execution. We then draw at Swindon and lose at Peterborough and he's then given another two/three games to sort it out. And so we continue until Xmas or, even worse, the season's end. Stumbling and bumbling along with another season wasted. Now was the time to be decisive.

Exactly! And we have stumbled and fumbled for TOO LONG NOW.

I said how I felt after the D&R game and have said nothing since, mainly because it makes me so angry to see such poor decision making from our esteemed leader, the Swindon home game of the play off told me he was clueless. Even the oppo manager against Daggers felt the need to make the point that we were misusing the player we had bought from them. How often do oppo managers slag another managers tactical nous, or lack of? I just do not think Parky has the intelligence to be a good manager. Though he seems a jolly nice chap which some people think means he should stay on a bit longer. We can't afford to keep him, even if it means selling his childrens trust funds, surely RM can see that.
