    Someone who can get the boys in and let them know the lot of them are capable of becoming champions of a very poor league 1.
    We need someone simply to install some confidence and more importantly passion to a group of lads who can dominate this league.
    I would like someone to show the team the dvd they showed Di Canio before he signed for us.
