Looking at the way the division's panning out I'm not getting vexed by Parky's management doings...

I'm not really bothered by the hit and miss performances of the players because I know they can do it, they've already proved it this season...

What bugs me the most, and it's been mentioned on here and other boards in the past, is the way everyone runs around like headless chickens once the captain goes missing/flogged off...

We haven't had a good enough back up for Dailly since his injury and it shows painfully...

Once Christian is back I'm sure the Charlton gravy train will get quickly back on the rails...

I'd be interested in hearing from those that have been to the matches since Dailly's been out to compare his team organisational skills to that of his replacements...

One man doesn't make a team, is the well known saying, but we look absolute rubbish without Reid! I'll welcome Dailly back with open arms, but I'm not sure he's as important as Reid.

I bet if you went back right through the great teams of the past the first player you could name would be the captain...

What we seem to be lacking is som inspirational motivator on the pitch...
