Was it McCormack when Dailly was sent off?

Yeah, I think I remember Daily running back to give him the armband.
  • McCormack nailed on
  • Yea was defo McCormack. It will be out of him and doc but my moneys on big al
  • Abbot against his old club
  • Good call Henry, but it will be McCormack.
  • Would prefer the Doc but McCormack is not a bad thing.
  • In Abbott we trust
  • The Doc for me
  • Thought it would be Doc but McCormack was given armband after Dailly's red so think it will be him. Wonder if that means McCormack is the actual vice captain or is it Semedo. Have I missed it being confirmed anywhere?
Could mean 3 different captains starting 3 games if it is Semedo:
    Orient - Dailly
    Oldham - McCormack
    Huddersfield - Semedo
    Doubt that happens often

Dailey only got a 1 game ban right?
  • i think it should be Robbie Elliot, would not normally go for a keeper being a captain but he deserves it after winning celebration at Orient and the fact that he loves Charlton

If it were based on loving the club then half the people of not more on here would be captain
  • McCormack looks likely to have it. I wouldn't have a problem with that, he gets around the pitch and looks like he has settled in well.
  • Racon was captain in the Carling Cup though, he's my dark horse
  • Neigh, sam. Macca or the Doc for me.
  • Interesting that the Doc was captain of Norwich but Holt took over last season and this year Dailly and McCormack both seem to be ahead of him in the skipper order. Maybe his managers have decided Doherty performs better without the extra responsibility, his performances last season would support this.

Jackson could be a dark horse but I think McCormack will get the armband.
  • McCormack - then after he's sent off he'll give it to Doc
