I am told by an Arsenal fan mate who went to yesterdays friendly game at London Colney that our Under 18's gave a reasonable performance, despite losing 1-0 to an injury time goal. It appears that the Arsenal team consisted mainly of 1st year scholars and trialists, but our boys created more chances thoughout the game. Poor finishing prevented a Charlton win. He stated that it appeared that it would be landslide, as in the first 10 minutes Arsenal could have been 3-0 up, but our keeper performed well - not sure who it was, as there were no team sheets.
