The Big Screen

I don't know if this figure is accurate but I think I read somewhere that the cost of running the Big Screen is around £10,000 a year, and surely the Club could put each ticket price up by around £3-5 and pin it on the away fans and this could amount up to half a years running cost (£5000) by Xmas?, harsh I know but I found myself in dire need of the Big Screen for references for time to players and bookings?

Out of habit i kept looking over at it to see a black screen .. i'm putting forward my idea of a cheerleader run time and score board... where the cheerleaders hold up the scores and every 5 minutes do a lil dance to show its been 5 minutes with a clock behind them.. as far as i know cheerleaders don't need maintenance

As each pixel goes that has to be replaced at great cost. Hence the cost last season being much higher than anticipated. We are in dire straits and poeple's jobs must come before a screen.

Sad but glad they made the decision to let it go.
